Covering just 9 square miles with a population of about 10,000, this petite paradise offers a blend of French sophistication and Caribbean warmth. Steeped in history, St. Barths was first settled by the French in 1648 and has maintained a rich cultural identity, evident in its abundance of delicious restaurants, chic boutiques, and laid back luxury.  

Of Note:  The best way to explore this island is to rent a car, so you can discover on your own, its winding roads that lead to hidden coves, vibrant villages, and panoramic vistas.
